Rocker foot switches
Turning on and off, or zooming in two directions: when rapid switching between two different medical device functions is routinely required, rocker foot controls are a good choice. A liitle pressure from the foot is all that is needed for the device to switch over into its alternative operating mode. Typical applications include operating tables, microscopes and ophthalmological devices.
The steute Meditec range includes the MFS-MED GP71 series of foot-controlled rocker switches. Users can choose between different basic variants (1 to 4 pedals). Additional push buttons can be integrated and the foot controls are both stable and robust. Intuitive operation and long lifetimes are thus guaranteed.
